Hi! I'm Brigitta Brányi, the head of the Lash Brill team in Sopron. I take 2 people in my classes for full attention! My salon is modern mixed with homely elements, decorated in the black and gold colour that is closest to me and fully professionally equipped.
At the age of 19, after all the professional rejections, I started my cosmetic business/salon, which is now in its 5th year of steady growth.I finally built everything around eyelashes, because the feedback from my clients and the age group that followed me suddenly put a great demand on my work! I didn't get burnt out from competing, because I love to throw myself in deep water all the time, so I started entering bigger and bigger competitions from year 2 onwards, which gave me a new boost, confidence and recognition, so I can give my guests an even greater sense of security, and because they keep seeing my special sets, it's become a trademark of mine, because they know I can do almost anything they can think of! I have no problem communicating between us, I can easily get along with all types of people, thanks to my past of lots of team sports and recreational activities, I experience this a lot in my day to day work! During the training sessions I make it a point to make everyone feel comfortable, so from my own experience I know how important patience and support is! And what I'm really proud of is that I built my own path at such a young age, which can already be a goal for many girls, as I always looked up to someone, and now I can be an example that it can be done, with enough perseverance, humility and will!

Welcome! I am Kata Juhász, the instructor of Lash Brill Vásárosnamény!
I was told by my entrepreneur father that there are so many beauticians now, you can't make a living from it. Because he wanted me to carry on what my parents had built. Despite this, I started in the beauty industry and ever since then I have been thirsting for continuous improvement, following trends and being very successful! I can handle the pressure well, which is why I've participated in a few competitions. I am selflessly helping out the pillers in the area. More and more people are asking for help with Lash Brill products, but also with technical things and are interested in learning how to do eyelashes, which makes me happy because I love working with people and helping them! I would like to be not competitors in our profession, but colleagues who can rely on each other and I will bring this attitude to you. I'm also empathetic and can easily identify with people, and can explain any technical aspect in "kitchen language" to make sure you can master it! I have quite a large clientele, so I have had the opportunity to gain some professional experience that could be useful to you. I've worked with a lot of brands to get to this point and it would have been a great help at the time if I had been trained with the same brand and to the same level, so I wouldn't have had the ups and downs. Over the past 3 years, I have attended 15 training courses. My desire to learn and develop is insatiable, so I clearly believe that it is a basic requirement that there is no question I cannot answer, which is why I still attend training courses, even with foreign trainers! For me, it is very important to be constantly evolving so that learning never stops and to be up to date with new trends, even if I don't "like" them, but to be prepared for you. I have worked in hospitality for 10 years, 5 of which were spent in 2 or 3 jobs at the same time, so my resilience is quite high. My years in the industry have taught me many things, such as: patience, humility, problem solving, people skills, body language. I've had to train many people, which has given me a good insight into how many people can learn things from a different perspective. Fazekas - Bettina Balogh I am the creator and manager of Lash Brill Bar in Budapest. I completed my first lash extension training in 2015, when I immediately fell in love with this profession. With a lot of practice, I started to build up my clientele and then I moved to Germany and then Austria. Due to language difficulties, I first worked in another sector, but once I was confident in the language I took my contractors to Austria and started building eyelashes again. I refreshed my knowledge with Online Courses and built up a nice clientele abroad all on my own in a foreign country, which I am very proud of.
I moved home in 2019 and immediately went on a volume training course and also took part in various online courses.
Then, in 2020, I opened my first real beauty complex in Békéscsaba with my second wife, and I put a lot of work and time into it. This soon paid off and relatively soon I had a fixed and steady clientele. To this day, I believe that only those who really love what they do, who persistently give 1000% and practice a lot, and who are determined to achieve their goals, can do this profession well and last. We have had over 500 students, mainly in basic and 2D courses.

My professional development is evolving rapidly, mostly due to my fanaticism. I'm constantly pushing my own limits, and that's what keeps me moving forward. I consider myself capable of educating at all levels, as a mother of 4 boys I could do Jurassic Park, not to mention after 8 years of social work I have some insight into people's personalities. I am empathetic and socially sensitive. I know that my journey can be an example for you, as I get a lot of feedback that other 4 kids might be at home and they don't understand how I have so much energy to build a career with them, alongside them.

Hi, I'm Beáta Laczó and I'm an instructor at Lash Brill in Kaposvár.
After high school, I continued my studies in Pécs with a cosmetology course, and I couldn't have wished for a better instructor than the one I had at the time. He taught me that the most important thing in my work was to be precise, perfectionist and humble. After the first year, I knew I was on the right track when he offered to give me the guest list he had built up over 20 years if I would take it on in addition to the school. Of course I took it, surprising everyone by maintaining my 5 s average in school even with the huge extra work.
My salon is located in a quiet and peaceful garden area, which is why my guests love it. There is no disturbing background noise, which is very important for me, so that I can concentrate on my work, my guests can relax and my prospective students can learn and develop.
